FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where does my ticket money go to?
When you purchase a ticket, the proceeds will go to The Old Colorado City Foundation, whose mission is to raise funds for improvements in Old Colorado City along the avenue.
Where do I park?
We would love our neighborhood attendees to walk or bike but if you want to drive to the event, parking is available in lots throughout Old Colorado City as well as on the streets. Please be aware of posted signs with parking restrictions.
May I bring my dog?
We love pets, but it is not recommended that you bring them to this event.
How big are the portions?
Food portion sizes are left up to the chefs from each restaurant to determine. A wine sample is a 1 oz. pour, though many participating wineries will sample more than one type of wine. We encourage our vendors to provide a small bite that can be sampled with a one ounce pour of wine.
Are children allowed?
We recommend that children not attend Taste of OCC as it is an adult-oriented event. However, children’s tickets are available.
What if it rains/snows?
Taste of OCC will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. There is limited shelter, so we recommend dressing for the weather and bringing an umbrella in case of rain.
Are there vegetarian and gluten-free options?
Specific menu choices are left up to the chefs from each restaurant to determine. However, it is known that several gluten-free and vegetarian restaurants will be in attendance.
I purchased tickets, but now I can’t use them – can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may give your tickets to someone else to use.
